REFUND AND CANCELLATION GUIDELINES

Customers have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

For orders that have not yet been dispatched, a 10% cancellation or restocking fee applies if more than 24 hours have passed since the order was placed.

For orders that have already been dispatched or delivered, a 30% restocking fee applies to returns requested within 90 days of delivery.

No refunds or returns will be accepted after the 90-day period.

Please note:

Restocking fees are waived only for products that arrive defective.

Returns for personal reasons, such as change of mind, incorrect order, or no longer wanting the item, will incur a 30% restocking fee.

Depending on your location, we may be able to provide a return shipping label. Otherwise, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

We aim to make every return process fair and transparent while protecting the quality and exclusivity of our products.

INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILURE TO RECEIVE DELIVERY POLICY

Please make sure your shipping details are accurate before completing your order.

Due to the nature of our products, the cost of return shipping may sometimes exceed the value of the item. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, missing information, or failure to receive the delivery on time, the shipping carrier may return, hold, or dispose of the package.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that RPM Keyhook is not responsible for losses, replacements, or refunds caused by incorrect shipping details, failed delivery attempts, or missed delivery collection.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping ensure a smooth delivery process.

POLICY FOR PRODUCTS DEFECTIVE UPON ARRIVAL

Every RPM Keyhook product is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

If your item arrives defective, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

To qualify for a replacement or exchange:

The product must be unused and returned in its original condition, without modifications, installation damage, or tampering.

If the packaging or product is damaged during transit, we may offer a free replacement after receiving clear photo evidence of the damage.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping of defective items unless otherwise stated. A replacement will be sent once the return is confirmed.

Each case is handled individually to provide the best possible resolution.

RPM Keyhook reserves the right to approve or deny refunds, replacements, or exchanges, especially in cases where fraudulent, abusive, or invalid claims are suspected.
